Welcome Back to School!
I am really looking forward to having a great year with your child. I love teaching 4th graders! They are such kind, curious and wonderful young people who are independent yet still need assistance from caring adults. I am one of those adults. I want to help your child grow academically, personally and socially. Of course the teacher in me wants your child to gain fluency in reading, master all of the math facts and ace all of their tests. However, I believe teaching the whole child is just as important. We will work hard this year on projects and daily assignments,. But I know with encouraging words from parents and myself, we will have a great year!
